General Purpose.  This Safety Policy (“Terms,” or “Agreement”) that You, the Website user, are entering with And Asha ("Company," "we," "us," “our”) govern safety is dealt with.  The Company and You will collectively be referred to as “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.”

 

By purchasing an original painting that has glass pieces adhered, you are agreeing that any injury that occurs is your responsibility and not the responsibility of the Company. Please use care and wisdom when handling a painting with glass adhered to avoid injury.
